2. Data processed when visiting this website
This is a static product-information website. It does not provide user accounts, forms, public downloads, advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When a page is requested, technical request data such as the IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and referrer information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the service. The exact provider-side processing and retention are governed by Cloudflare’s applicable privacy and service documentation.
RONAVEMI does not use website request data to build marketing profiles or sell user data.
3. Private desktop prototype
RONAVEMI v4.5a has no RONAVEMI cloud account, cloud synchronization, telemetry, advertising, or tracking. Profiles, Riot identifiers, completed-match data, timelines, training history, and derived analytics are stored locally under the user’s Windows account.
A development API key entered for private testing is held in process memory for the current session and is not intentionally written to profiles, databases, caches, or logs. A production API key will not be embedded in a publicly distributed desktop client.
The player can inspect source and freshness information, export profile data, reset derived coaching data, and delete local match or profile data through documented controls. The exact retention rules and deletion flow remain part of the public-release legal and technical review.
4. Support and privacy enquiries
If you email RONAVEMI, the information you choose to send—including your email address and message—will be processed to respond to the enquiry and maintain necessary follow-up records. The current technical planning target is deletion no later than 24 months after the enquiry is closed, subject to final legal review and any applicable retention duties.
Do not send Riot API keys, passwords, MFA codes, or unnecessary third-party personal data.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to a competent supervisory authority. To make a request, email joelst01@yahoo.de. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.
6. Changes
This notice will be updated when the product, hosting, data flows, or legal basis changes. Public launch is blocked until the final notice accurately reflects the deployed architecture and has completed the planned legal review.
